Marty Winkler has broadened her decades-long singing career with acting in the greater-Atlanta area. She stars in the horror-comedy short film Ghastly Glitch and is co-producing and costarring in THRONE — a stage musical based on the life of James Hampton. Information for THRONE.

Marty has a role in the movie Ragged Heart, directed by Evan McNary. The film will premiere at The Austin Film Festival.

The independent horror-comedy short film produced by Lauren Palgon and other University of Georgia students. In the film, Jenna discovers a mysterious string of emails from her dead grandfather and brings in her tech-savvy friend, Ben, to fix the computer. Her grandmother, Ellen, thinks her dead husband is trying to communicate and brings in her psychic, Miranda, to mediate.

See her and Noel Holston in the upcoming film BearGator, a horror comedy set in the bayous of Louisiana. A community threatened by a 15 foot swamp monster must defend themselves with Sheriff Bayou Morne’s help. Directed by Justin Mayhew, set to come out in 2019.
